Stipendien

Das Programm stellt Stipendien für bis zu 15 Graduierende bereit. Von diesen wird jeweils die Hälfte auf Graduierende mit juristischen und wirtschaftswissenschaftlichen Forschungsgebieten entfallen.

Soweit möglich, sollen alle Garduierenden in den Genuss eines Stipendiums kommen.

Der Fördersatz beträgt 1.365,00 Euro pro Person und Monat. Zu dem Stipendium kommen ein Sachkostenzuschuss in Höhe von 103,00 Euro sowie ggf. Familien- und Kinderbetreuungszuschläge.

Auf Stipendien entfallen in Deutschland keine Steuern, so dass es sich um einen Nettobetrag handelt.

Scholarships

The programme will award stipends for up to 15 graduates. Half of those will be awarded to graduates with legal backgrounds, the other half to graduates with economics backgrounds.

If possible, all doctoral students will be funded at the outset of the doctoral studies

The funding rate is 1365.00 Euros per month. Moreover, grantees will receive a monthly allowance of 103.00 Euros for expenditure on materials and, where applicable, family and child care allowances.

Stipends are not subject to taxes. The amounts mentioned above are therefore net amounts

Graduates need German health insurance with a monthly cost of around 100€. Non-German Graduates are eligible for a DAAD group health insurance. Additional information can be found here.
